USCIS ONLINE FILING - REVIEW & SIGNATURE

Review and Sign Your USCIS Filing

Your review happens in two stages. First, you review the draft forms by PDF and send us corrections or approval. Only after we tell you the final forms are ready should the authorized signatory enter myUSCIS for the formal electronic review and signature.

Do not sign the PDFs.The PDFs are for review and approval. The authorized signatory will provide the electronic signatures in myUSCIS only after the forms are finalized.
2. Wait Until We Tell You the Final Forms Are Ready in myUSCIS

We may send revised PDFs for another review. Continue reviewing by PDF until we confirm the forms are final.

When the forms are ready, we will send a separate message telling the authorized signatory to enter myUSCIS for the final review and electronic signature.

Before the authorized signatory begins
  • Use the authorized signatory's USCIS Administrator account.
  • Have the final approved PDF review email available for comparison.
  • Plan to complete the full USCIS review workflow in one session.

If anything is different or incorrect, select DECLINE and contact our office. Do not accept an incorrect form merely to move forward.

3. Review and Electronically Sign the Form G-28
  1. Locate the correct filing. Log into myUSCIS, locate the correct employee, and select View Draft, Continue Draft, or the similar option USCIS displays.
