We continue to receive H-1B receipts for cap cases filed this April. If you have filed an H-1B petition subject to the H-1B cap and don't have a receipt notice yet, don't give up hope yet! We have also started to receive the first H-1B cap approval notices and are notifying clients as they arrive.
