Just today, we have started to receive H-1B receipt notices for the recently filed H-1B cap cases. Please note that if we received the receipt for your case, we have already notified you and/or your employer. We will continue to notify clients as soon as the receipts come in as we know you are anxious for the news.

We have heard informally that USCIS anticipates it may take until the end of the month to finish sending out receipt notices. Therefore, if you have not received news of the receipt notice yet, keep the faith - today was only the first day we received receipts, and they are clearly not all coming at once.
