The Sumner Immigration Law team has heard a few reports from other immigration attorneys that they have received H-1B premium processing receipts. Sumner immigration Law did not file many cases via premium processing and therefore we cannot attest first-hand to this. We understand through informal channel that USCIS may start issuing receipt notices this week and next week. Remember non-premium processing H-1B receipts are issued via mail, not email, so it may take a week or more even after they are sent to receive them.

As of today (4/9/2013) we have not received any H-1B receipts, but we will let employees and employers know as soon as we do!
