Your USCIS Online Filing Guide
There are two separate parts to the online filing process. First, your company must have the correct USCIS Organizational Account and Company Group. Later, when the filing is ready, your authorized signatory will review and electronically sign the forms in myUSCIS.

The Online Filing Process at a Glance
Company Account Create or confirm the Organizational Account, Company Group, Administrator, and authorized signatory.

SIL Prepares We create the online filing, complete the forms, and upload supporting evidence.

You Review & Sign You review PDFs first. Later, the authorized signatory completes the electronic review and signature in myUSCIS.

SIL Files The forms return to our office for final legal review, payment, and submission.
Important: signing is not the same as filing. When the authorized signatory completes the USCIS electronic signature and selects Finish and Send, the forms return to our office. Our attorney still completes the final review, payment, and submission to USCIS.
